By using MiToolHub, you agree to the following terms. They are intentionally short because MiToolHub is intentionally simple.

Use of the Service

MiToolHub provides free, browser-based utilities. You may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. No account is required, and no user data is stored on our servers.

Local Processing

All utilities process your files and text 100% locally in your browser. Files are not uploaded to MiToolHub servers. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you use with the utilities.

No Warranty

The utilities are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep them accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that results will always be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiToolHub and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use the utilities or the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
