MiToolHub is designed to respect your privacy. Everything happens in your browser.

Why client-side processing matters

Every tool on MiToolHub runs inside your browser, and the files you open never leave your device. When you select a PDF, image, or document, it is read and processed by code that executes locally — there is no upload step, no progress bar waiting on a remote server, and no moment where your data exists anywhere except your own machine.

That is why there is no upload endpoint on this site. There is simply no address a file could be sent to. Compare that with typical server-based tools: those services need your data on their servers to work, which is why they require accounts, enforce upload limits, and often build profiles from your activity. MiToolHub needs none of that, because nothing is ever transmitted. There are no accounts, no arbitrary file-size ceilings, and no tracking tied to what you process.

How we protect your data

• No upload endpoints — files cannot be sent anywhere.
• No accounts — there is no profile that could be linked to your activity.
• No persistent cookies — you are not tracked across visits.
• Data processed in memory — files are handled in RAM and discarded when you close the page.

Prove it

You do not have to take our word for it. Every tool page shows a small green badge that counts outbound network requests; it reads “0 files uploaded — everything ran locally” and stays at zero while you work. Open the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools during a conversion and you will see the same thing: no file uploads, only this page’s own assets. Try it on the PDF merger.

Local Processing

All tools process your files 100% locally in your browser using standard web technologies. No file is ever uploaded to a MiToolHub server.

No Accounts, No Tracking

MiToolHub does not require an account and does not track you across the web. We do not use third-party analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Site Analytics

The only analytics on MiToolHub is Vercel Insights, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that reports anonymous aggregate page views to help us improve the site. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and cannot be used to track you across the web. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Local Storage Only

Settings such as your theme preference are stored only in your own browser’s localStorage and never leave your device.
