About MiToolHub

MiToolHub is a platform offering fast, clean, and distraction-free web utilities. No accounts, no uploads, no tracking. All your files are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to a server — just a growing collection of tools in a calm, modern interface.

About the Creator

Hi! I’m Miribrahim, an independent developer based in Baku. I built MiToolHub to create fast, clean, and privacy-focused web tools that anyone can use without giving up their files or their attention.

What started as a personal collection of utilities — a resizer here, a converter there — grew into a full suite because I kept running into the same problem: most online tools are slow, crowded with ads, and expect you to upload your documents to a stranger’s server. I think everyday utilities should be fast, honest, and private by default, so every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your files stay on your device, period.

The project is built in the open: no accounts, no tracking, no server uploads. If you spot a bug or have an idea for a new tool, I read every message sent to the contact address at the bottom of this page.

How We Work

MiToolHub is built around one rule: your files should never have to leave your device. Every tool processes data 100% client-side in your browser, so images, PDFs, text, and settings are read and written locally and are never transmitted to a server. There are no accounts to create, no upload queues to wait through, and no databases holding your data.

Technology Stack

Each tool runs on established, open-source libraries that execute inside the browser — the same code a developer would use on a server, but without a server being involved:

The entire site ships as static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — no backend, no databases, and nothing to compromise. That is the whole point.

Editorial Policy

MiToolHub publishes a small, curated collection of browser-based tools. Every utility on the site is chosen and built with the same set of standards, so the catalog stays predictable and trustworthy. This policy explains how tools are selected, how they are built and tested, and how you can hold the project accountable.

How tools are selected

A tool is only added when it solves a recurring problem people actually face, when a browser-based version is genuinely better than a desktop or server alternative, and when it can be implemented with established, audited open-source libraries. We deliberately avoid features that would require uploading files to a server, and we avoid gimmicks, auto-playing content, and pop-ups. If a proposed tool cannot be made private, it does not get built.

Privacy-first engineering

Everything on this site ships as static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with no backend and no database. Files are read, transformed, and written entirely inside the visitor’s browser, which means there is no server that can see, store, or leak them. When a tool needs an external library, we prefer well-known open-source packages such as pdf-lib, pdf.js, jsPDF, browser-image-compression, Papa Parse, CryptoJS, and node-qrcode, all of which have large communities and public source code. Each dependency is reviewed before it is added, and the list is kept as small as possible.

Testing and quality

Each tool is tested in a real browser across desktop and mobile viewports before publication, with attention to edge cases: empty input, malformed files, very large files, and unusual formats. Calculations and conversions are checked against known-good reference results, and file-processing tools are exercised with sample documents to confirm the output opens correctly in other software. When a regression or bug is reported, it is reproduced, fixed, and covered by a follow-up check before the change is published.

Accuracy and transparency

Any utility that computes a result — dates, percentages, unit conversions, hashes, or text statistics — uses documented formulas and, where applicable, the browser’s native APIs such as the Web Crypto API, so behavior is predictable and auditable. Each tool page describes what the tool does in plain language, including its limits, and we do not claim functionality that a static client-side page cannot provide. Versioned asset files let us ship fixes quickly and let a refreshed page re-download the corrected code.

Editorial independence and monetization

MiToolHub does not sell user data and does not place sponsored content inside the tools. The site is funded independently and is kept free to use. If advertising is ever introduced, it will be clearly separated from the tools, will never be placed inside the processing workflow, and this policy will be updated in advance.

Feedback and corrections

The catalog is maintained by one person, so mistakes are possible. If you find an error in a description, a bug in a tool, or a broken expectation about privacy, please write to the contact address on this page with as much detail as you can. Legitimate reports are answered, and confirmed issues are fixed and noted here. Because the site has no server-side component, the full source of every page can be published so the claim that everything runs in your browser can be verified by anyone.
